應管理與經(jīng)濟學院的邀請，德國帕德邦大學Peter Sloane教授于2013年10月19日-9月27日來偉德國際官網(wǎng)學術訪問。Sloane教授先后與偉德國際官網(wǎng)應用經(jīng)濟系研究生和MBA學生開展了多種形式的學術交流活動。
10月22日，Peter Sloane教授應邀為管理與經(jīng)濟學院MBA學生做了題為“Germany’s apprenticeship system: the inside story”的學術報告，管理與經(jīng)濟學院孟凡臣教授主持了報告，近百名MBA、IMBA班學生參加了報告會。
Peter Sloane教授長期從管理教育與人力資源開發(fā)領域的研究，對于教育體制與國家政治環(huán)境、社會文化之間的關系有著深刻的見解。Sloane教授的講座圍繞德國的雙元制（dual system）教育的產(chǎn)生背景，詳細講解了戰(zhàn)后德國教育體制的形成原因，以及取得的效果。Sloane教授從雙元制教育體系如何構建出發(fā)，剖析了政府政策制定與機制設計時所面臨的諸多系統(tǒng)性問題，并解釋了最后的解決方案，現(xiàn)場學生深受啟發(fā)。Sloane教授講座內(nèi)容豐富，言語幽默，講座現(xiàn)場氣氛十分活躍。在講座的問答環(huán)節(jié)，現(xiàn)場學生踴躍提問，Sloane教授一一解答，同學們報以熱烈的掌聲。
通過這次學術報告，同學們從教育體制的角度對跨文化問題有了新的理解，對于企業(yè)在教育體系中所應扮演的角色也有了新的認識，在場的MBA學生深受啟發(fā)。
Peter Sloane教授介紹：
Peter Sloane, Professor and Chair for Business and Human Resource Education at the University of Paderborn (Germany). He is an internationally experienced academic person involved in business practice, research and teaching. Before Peter Sloane joined the University of Paderborn, he was professor at different German universities like Friedrich –Schiller University Jena, Ludwig-Maximillian University Munic. He was the dean of the School of Management at the University of Paderborn and has cooperated with BIT for almost ten years. In recent years, she published more than 30 articles in wide variety of peer reviewed academic journals.
