2013年10月18日，聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織（UNESCO）生命周期與氣候變化教席負(fù)責(zé)人、聯(lián)合國(guó)環(huán)境規(guī)劃署（UNEP）生命周期計(jì)劃委員會(huì)委員、歐盟綠色產(chǎn)品生命周期觀測(cè)臺(tái)負(fù)責(zé)人Pere Fullana Palmer博士應(yīng)邀來(lái)偉德國(guó)際官網(wǎng)做主題為“Life Cycle Management and environmental improvement: ecodesign, ecolabelling, environmental product declarations and carbon footprint”的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告，報(bào)告由劉云教授主持，管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院有關(guān)老師及科技評(píng)價(jià)與創(chuàng)新管理研究中心的研究生們參加了報(bào)告會(huì)。
Fullana博士首先介紹了生命周期評(píng)估的相關(guān)概念及其對(duì)于環(huán)境改善的重要作用，隨后指出了四種以生命周期的視角用于產(chǎn)品評(píng)估的工具：生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)、生態(tài)標(biāo)簽、環(huán)保產(chǎn)品生命與碳足跡。最后，F(xiàn)ullana博士著重指出由于面臨著全球氣候變化的挑戰(zhàn)，對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行基于生命周期的碳足跡評(píng)價(jià)管理將會(huì)被廣泛的運(yùn)用。

Fullana博士報(bào)告完畢后，就生命周期管理工具在中國(guó)的現(xiàn)狀與前景問(wèn)題和劉云教授進(jìn)行了深入的討論與交流，并就碳足跡等感興趣的領(lǐng)域與中心新老師王剛波博士進(jìn)行了交流，表達(dá)了進(jìn)一步合作的意愿。此外，與會(huì)師生就感興趣的問(wèn)題向Fullana博士提問(wèn)咨詢，F(xiàn)ullana博士一一予以耐心解答。
這次學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了UNESCO生命周期與氣候變化教席與我校劉云教授主持的UNESCO南南科技合作應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化教席之間的交流，為今后在綠色產(chǎn)品生命周期評(píng)估與管理領(lǐng)域的合作研究以及引進(jìn)歐盟綠色產(chǎn)品生命周期標(biāo)準(zhǔn)奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：
Dr. Fullana is currently the Director of the UNESCO Chair in Life Cycle and Climate Change (formerly named GiGa research group) and the Green Dot Packaging Life Cycle Observatory both at ESCI (Universitat Pompeu Fabra). He is CEO at Cyclus Vitae Solutions S.L., an environmental consultancy, spin-off from GiGa. He is well-known as expert in Critical Review and Life Cycle Management. He is also Spanish delegate for the ISO 14000 series of standards, editor for the International Journal of LCA (IJLCA) and Board Member of the UNEP/SETAC Life Cycle Initiative. He is former Chair of the SETAC Europe LCA Steering Committee and first LCA practitioner having been a SETAC Europe Council member. Before working at ESCI he was the Technical Director of the environmental consultancy Randa Group, S.A. Dr. Fullana has participated in more than 25 European projects and 250 national research studies in environmental management, LCA, ecodesign, environmental labeling and clean technologies. He is a Head Auditor for the ISO 14001 Standard and EMAS. He is a member of the International Expert Group for Life Cycle Assessment for Integrated Waste Management.
