2012年9月18日下午,美國史蒂文斯理工學院譚偉平博士應邀訪問偉德國際1946bv官網(wǎng)能源與環(huán)境政策研究中心(CEEP-BIT),并在中心會議室作學術報告,報告主題為Readiness assessment and advancement for development of complex systems。報告會由張躍軍副教授主持,部分研究生和校外研究人員參加了報告會。
報告中,譚博士介紹了復雜系統(tǒng)建模領域的一些基本問題,以及多功能、多用途的一些基本概念。為了實現(xiàn)復雜系統(tǒng)多功能與多用途的最終目的,譚偉平博士提出了準確度的概念,通過分析準確度的不同層次來實現(xiàn)不同的系統(tǒng)目標。
報告后,與會研究人員和譚博士就復雜系統(tǒng)準備度的研究前景、評估準備度的具體方法以及系統(tǒng)科學的研究特點等問題展開了討論。
譚偉平博士簡介:
Dr. Tan received his B.E. with first class honor in 2006 in Automatic Control from Beijing Institute of Technology, M.E. and Ph.D. in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2009 and 2012, respectively. He holds two graduate certificates in Project Management and Infrastructure Management. His research interest covers developing methodologies for the assessment and advancement for complex systems using modeling & simulation and optimization techniques. He was elected to Epsilon Mu Eta – the Engineering Management Honor Society, and was the recipient of the Brian Mar Best Student Paper Award at the 2009 INCOSE International Symposium. Dr. Tan has published papers on several journals including IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and Journal of Systems Engineering, and has been invited to review papers for IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, IEEE Systems Journal, System Research Forum, Journal of Systems Engineering, and International Journal of Engineering Management and Economics.
