2012年6月25日下午4:00,臺(tái)灣靜宜大學(xué)資訊管理學(xué)系Yi-Cheng Gu博士應(yīng)邀來(lái)偉德國(guó)際官網(wǎng)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流,在主樓418會(huì)議室做了題為“To Whom Should I Listen? Finding Reputable Reviewers in Opinion-Sharing”的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告,學(xué)院部分師生參加了本次報(bào)告會(huì)。
在線社區(qū)討論允許用戶對(duì)某一特定商品進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),能有效的幫助顧客了解商品質(zhì)量并做出購(gòu)買決策,同時(shí)有助于公司獲知顧客對(duì)產(chǎn)品的反響并據(jù)此改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,為公司進(jìn)行口碑營(yíng)銷提供了重要渠道。但是,由于在線評(píng)論的開放性和匿名性,其可信度面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。對(duì)此,Yi-Cheng Gu博士提出了一種基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信任關(guān)系和用戶評(píng)論行為來(lái)識(shí)別高聲望用戶和低聲望用戶的研究方案。為此,他從Epinions.com上抓取了4類商品的1044名顧客的評(píng)論數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)上述數(shù)據(jù)的分析對(duì)研究模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證分析,并對(duì)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了解釋和討論。報(bào)告會(huì)中,偉德國(guó)際官網(wǎng)師生和同學(xué)還與Yi-Cheng Gu博士就研究中采用的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法、評(píng)論幫助度評(píng)分的確定和數(shù)據(jù)抓取中商品種類的選擇等問(wèn)題展開了熱烈的討論和交流。

Yi-Cheng Gu博士的報(bào)告主題明確、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛活躍,極大地開拓了師生的思路和視野,取得了很好的效果。
報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介:
Yi-Cheng Ku is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Management at Providence University in Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. in Information Management from National Sun Yat-sen University. In 2009-2010, he was a Fulbright visiting scholar at the College of Management, Georgia Institute of Technology. His research interests include recommendation systems, information system adoption and diffusion, and knowledge management. His research has appeared in Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS), Decision Support Systems (DSS), International Journal of Medical Informatics, International Journal of Business, and various conference proceedings.
