June 21, Dr. Weiping Tan, Stevens Institute of Technology, the United States, was invited to give an academic report in the 6 floor conference room of the main building. The report was entitled "Systems thinking and systems readiness evaluation". Zhang Yuejun, Department of Public Administration, hosted the lecture. Part of the post-doctoral and graduate students attended the meeting.
Dr Tan introduced systems thinking, system readiness, technical readiness, meaning of connection readiness, and versatile multi-system readiness and performance evaluation methods and applications.
