To better implement the central and municipal government’s call to further strengthen and improve ideological and political education, promote "all villages have college students" social practice, and enhance students awareness of responsibilities, the SME organized a series of activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the CPC. "1 +1" theme educational activities were a major component. Three student party branches were paired with three branches in rural outskirts of Beijing. These "1 +1" activities are to enhance the students practice and cognitive ability, to improve communication skills and to raise awareness of serving the community.
