May 22, in the evening, the MBA education center successfully held “A Hundred Professional Managers” lecture series in Auditorium 241 of the Main Building. Mr. Weng Tao, remuneration and benefits manager, Schneider Electric Investment Co., Ltd., gave a wonderful presentation entitled "Total Rewards Management" to over a hundred MBA, postgraduate, and dual-degree students.
Mr. Weng Tao discussed the total rewards management philosophy, the basic knowledge elements and practical application, and how to evaluate an enterprise’s reward management. The lecture was marked by a lively atmosphere of in-depth interaction.
