January 15-18, 2010, the Fifth Plenary Session of the CCP’s 17th Central Committee was held in Beijing. President Hu Jintao delivered an important speech. The meeting adopted " the Proposed National Economy and Social Development Twelfth Five-Year Plan", a profound summary of great achievements in economic and social development in the "Eleventh Five-Year" period, a scientific and accurate analysis of the international and domestic situations, and a clear statement of guiding principles, goals and priorities for China’s next five years’ economic and social development.
In-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the 17 5th Plenary Session is currently a very important and urgent task. SME, with a learning style of party building, carefully deployed and quickly set off a study climax. In the evening of October 24, SME 09 Economics graduates party branch #2 organized a study workshop.
