SME held a lecture on the skills in seeking job in the financial industry at 7:30 in the post-graduate teaching building 101 room. Zhou Lei, an assistant of the general manager in a joint-stock commercial bank was invited to give this lecture and share his experience in job hunting. This lecture was presided over by Peng Mingxue, a teacher in the Career Center.
With his working experience in the financial industry for many years, Zhou Lei vividly and humorously talked about the techniques for job seeking in this industry. He also insightfully analyzed the main problems in searching job, which led to a strong resonance. He suggested that students should not only consider the employers, but also take the career plan in to account.
This lecture has brought new understandings about how to apply for the jobs in the financial industry and how to enhance their competitive advantage. This lecture would play a positive role in the students' development.
