In 2013, in Beijing Institute of Technology Teachers Construction Working Meeting, the School of Management and Economics Conference was named “Personnel construction advanced unit”. This award is a nod to our faculty building work since the "Eleventh Five-Year" from the introduction of high-level talents, young teacher training, to innovative team building. We will continue to earnestly implement the school faculty building vision, overall objectives and working ideas, combine with the development strategy, and strive for greater achievements in the faculty building in the future.
