September 8-9, 2013 , co-sponsored and hosted by the China Science and Technology Policy Research Institute and Taiwan Technology Management Association, "The First Cross-Strait Technology Management and Policy Doctoral Forum " was held in Beijing . This conference aims to promote cross-strait academic exchanges and cooperation between young scholars. More than 20 professors and more than 30 doctoral students from the mainland Chinese Academy of Science Institute of Policy and Management , Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University , Dalian University of Technology , Harbin Institute of Technology , Zhejiang University, Xi'an Jiaotong University , Beijing Institute of Technology and Taiwan Jiaotong University , Tsinghua University, Zhongshan University, Central University , Chinese Culture University , Tamkang University , Asia University , and Shih Chien University participated in this forum.
