November 17, 2012, In the afternoon, invited by Beijing Institute of Technology the School of Management and Economics MPA Center and the Department of Public Administration, Professor Zhang Kangzhi, professor and doctoral tutor of the School of Public Administration of Renmin University of China, and the Ministry of Education Changjiang Scholar, gave a wonderful lecture entitled "building a service-oriented government”.
The lecture was hosted by Dr. Yang Yan, deputy director of the MPA Center. Professor Jin Hong, Head of Public Management Department, Associate Professor Deng Xinji, and Dr. Wu Shuilong, deputy director of the MPA Center, and the entire MPA attended the lecture.

Changjiang Scholar, Professor of Renmin University of China, doctoral supervisor, director of the Institute of service-oriented government of Nanjing University, the State Council administrative examination and approval system reform consultant, a visiting professor at Sun Yat-sen University and other more than 30 universities.Professor Zhang is mainly engaged in research on public administration, administrative ethics and organization theory.
