October 23, 2012, Professor Dundar F. Kocaoglu, Executive Chairman of the Portland International Center for Management of Engineering and Technology (PICMET), Director of the Department of Engineering and Technology Management at Portland State University in the United States was invited to visit our school and gave an academic report entitled "Technology and Innovation Management in the Technology Era". This is professor Kocaoglu’s first visit to the BIT. Professor Liu Yun hosted the report. Associate Dean Professor Zhu Donghua, Assistant Dean Professor Zhi-Jun Yan, Professor Zhao Yanping, Associate Professor Yi Jinchao, Dr. Huang Lu, and some graduate students attended the meeting.
