September 17, 2012, Professor Liu Xiaohui, Business School of the University of Loughborough, England, made a presentation entitled "Human Mobility and International Knowledge Diffusion". Professor Xia Enjun from the Department of Business Administration hosted the report.
Professor Liu Xiaohui first gave detailed introduction to his research background and data acquisition, and then used econometric methods to analyze the sample data of the Zhongguancun SMEs entrepreneurs returning from overseas to come to innovative research conclusions: the transnational flow of talent is an important factor to promote international knowledge diffusion. In the process of the entire report, Professor Liu Xiaohui also combined with his years of teaching and research experience, gave guidance on publishing papers on international high-quality journals.
