September 5, 2012, in the afternoon, the School of Management and Economics held an adjunct professor appointment ceremony for Professor Hirokazu Tatano of Kyoto University. Dean Professor Wei Yiming, Party Secretary Li Jinlin, Associate Dean Professor Wang Zhaohua, teacher representatives Associate Professor Tang Baojun, , Associate Professor Zhang Yuejun and Dr. Wang Ke, as well graduate student representatives attended the appointment ceremony. Associate Dean Professor Wang Zhaohua hosted the appointment ceremony.
In the subsequent speech, Professor Hirokazu Tatano said he was honored to be a member of the school faculty and was willing to make his contribution to the education undertakings of the Beijing Institute of Technology and the long-term development of the School of Management and Economics.
