June 5, 2012, in the morning, Ms. Chen Fanghong, full-time director of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Huang Chi, Deputy Director of Human Resources, visited our school and gave a wonderful lecture entitled "Full-time directors and supervisors institutional theory and practice ".
Wang Zhaohua, Associate Dean of the School of Management and Economics, Wang ChengQuan, Director of the Engineering Graduate Center, Chen Xiang, deputy director, teacher representatives as well as students of the 2011 CNPC Project Management class attended the lecture.
Ms. Chen Fanghong, full-time director of the China Petroleum Investment Company, responsible for the capital operation and investment management of several CNPC subsidiaries. She has a wealth of practical experience in management and governance structure of China's oil companies.
