December 12, 2011, the International Market Research Society (MRS) 2011 Outstanding Research Awards was held in London. SME Associate Prof. BaoLong Ma won the 2011 Silver Medal nomination, and was invited to attend the awards party.
In 2010, Prof. Ma published "The effects of a product harm crisis on brand performance" in the renowned International Journal of Market Research, and received the Best Paper of the Journal 2010. Recommended by the Journal, and reviewed by MRS Awards Reviewing Committee, the paper won 2011 MRS Silver Medal nominations. A total of four papers received the nomination this year.
