November 30, 2011, the first SME Summit Forum was held in Lecture Hall 241 of the Main Building. Mr. JiaShen Lu, Chairman and President of Xiamen Nanyang University, Mr. Xiaojiu Wang, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Yadu Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Lijun Liu, Director BIT Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research and Education Center attended the forum as a special guest.
Secretary Jin-Lin Li delivered a speech at the opening ceremony and hoped that this forum can promote innovation and entrepreneurship education on campus.
