November 27, 2011, commissioned by the Department of International Cooperation, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Department of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized a group of experts to review project "Monitoring resources of international cooperation in science and technology - method and model based on data mining" presided over by Professor Yun Liu.
The research project solves the key technology obstacles in monitoring and analysis of international scientific and technological cooperation resources. It is going to provide effective information support for tracking cutting-edge international science and technology research and looking for high-level international partners. The reviewer panel gave the project a high evaluation and unanimously scored it as excellent.
