September 28, Professor Mukul, the Indian Ministry of Science and Technology, invited by the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research, gave a presentation entitled "the Politics of Climate Change". Professor Mukul, with his years of research and work experience in the energy sector, introduced systematiclly carbon emissions and climate change issues, including: the re-definition of climate change and carbon emissions, the relevant scientific fields, related agencies, statistic methods, and post-Kyoto times.
